Tikkun Olam in Rwanda

Tikkun Olam combines Israel and Rwanda

One of the key ideals of any Jewish community is to improve the world around us, based on the principles of Tzedek (justice), Tzedakah (Acts of Kindness) and Tikkun Olam (social Action). Based on these concepts, FZY is offering the chance this coming year for a small group of chanichim to travel to Rwanda for one month to work in an orphanage village.

Year Course Speciality Tracks
Travel the world - Olami Track
The rich history of Israel is deeply influenced by other Jewish communities worldwide, whose connection to Israel spans past, present and future. Year Course Olami explores these connections with a series of week-long journeys outside of Israel to countries around the globe. Explore the Lost Jewish Communities and learn through hands on visits how these countries and communities shaped the creation of Israel, and how Israel continues to shape them today.
