FZY Year Course > Year Course Tracks > Tikkun Olam

One of the key ideals of any Jewish community is to improve the world around us, based on the principles of Tzedek (justice), Tzedakah (Acts of Kindness) and Tikkun Olam (social Action). Based on these concepts, FZY is offering the chance this coming year for a small group of chanichim to travel to Rwanda for a month to work in an orphanage village. The chanichim will spend the month volunteering and working having had appropriate preparation and training in Israel before travelling.

There is an additional cost and spaces are very limited. Spaces are awarded on a first come first served basis, to those that are appropriate and fulfil the necessary selection process.
